Hi friends! Welcome to the Well and Good Collective, my name is Kimberly Clark, I was born and raised in California and spent five years in New Jersey, going to Georgian Court University. I graduated with a Bachelors in Art in 2018. Shortly after graduating college, my high school sweetheart now husband, helped pack up my Honda Civic and moved us to Mexico, where we resided for two years.
My husband, Christopher, is a professional baseball player in the Mexican Leagues, so you can say we are a baseball kind of family. One of my favorite past times is spending our summer nights with other baseball families under stadium lights, while basking in the smell of popcorn and hotdogs. Maybe a beer or two, well, that was before I got pregnant. Nothing like sitting through a 14-inning game, 7 months pregnant.

A friend introduced me to these amazing oils when I was finishing school, moving across the country and before I became a mother. That was the biggest blessing of all because they really helped support my body during my pregnancy. Then of course they became even more vital to our family once becoming parents and all the craziness of newborn mamahood.

Had my friend never shared this lifestyle and this company with me, our overall wellness would look a lot different. Whatever it is that brought you here, I’m proud of you for exploring the ways you can learn and improve and take steps towards a more non-toxic lifestyle. You’re worth it. Your family is worth it.
