Hi Friends! My name is Leah Bergman and it’s so nice to meet you. I am better known as “Mama” to two spunky twins or as “Freutcake” to the readers of my food blog. I started my journey with a home based business back in 2010 when I first launched my website and now it’s my full time job and a source of so much happiness. Today I get to share my love for food, photography, and good margaritas with the world. But you are here to find out about oils and not cocktails, am I right? Ok, let’s talk Young Living!

In the land of essential oils, we all have an “ah-ha” moment. For me it was when oils like Gentle Baby and Lavender helped my twins sleep through the night for the first time at 3 years old. It happened again when I watched their tiny immune systems get the support they needed through Preschool germs. And again and again as oils kept showing up to do big things for me emotionally, mentally, and physically.

This wellness journey has been eye opening and the best gift I could ever give my family as we work towards a more toxin free lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong, there are still margaritas on this journey…now they just contain a few drops of Lime Vitality oil.
