Premium Starter Kit
Young Living’s Premium Starter kit comes with all the things you need to tackle whatever life throws your way. This is how we started with oils and it’s how you should too.
In your kit you’ll receive the following oils:
Lavender
The Swiss army knife of oils! Not sure how anyone survives without it honestly. Diffuse with peppermint and lemon for seasonal woes. Add a few drops to 1C Epsom salt for a bath. Get your kids (or yourself) to chill out before bed. Put a drop in your mascara to keep your lashes healthy and increase growth!
Lemon Vitality
This bad boy helps with cleanup on the outside and the inside! Add a drop in water for digestive support and to aid in cleansing. Drop onto anything sticky like labels on jars, gum in the hair, poop on the shoe… ya know. Also amazing for getting sharpie off of walls if you ever find yourself in that sitch.
Frankincense
MUSTTTTT have. Supports emotional balance, immune and nervous systems and skin. Hello, this helps allllll the things. Put some in your moisturizer and thank us later. Drop it on the crown of your head to feel good about your life.
Peppermint Vitality
The ultimate pick me up. Drop into water and cross things off your to do list. Drop into tea instead of coffee. Drop in the pot before you take a seat for a little help getting things going. Basically, if you need to move along, peppermint is your friend. Also does a million other things like supports hair growth, soothes upset tummies and shoos bugs away!
PanAway
Your post-exercise pal, put 2 drops with some carrier oil and rub onto muscles for a little relief. Don’t exercise? You have sore muscles too! Put a few drops in some epsom salts and hot water for a foot soak after a long day. Dilute and rub
Thieves Vitality
The ultimate essential oil, the one YL is famous for. Perfect for anyone looking to support your immune system and keep your family feeling strong and healthy. Combine with Lemon and Frankincense for an added boost. Drop in tea, a smoothie, or even your latte. Diffuse with Orange and Peppermint for the ultimate fall/winter vibe with benefits.
Citrus Fresh
The happiest blend of citrus oils with a hint of spearmint. Diffuse it to brighten your day and to get any stank out of the air! Add a drop to your water for a gut check + energy boost and a drop to your laundry detergent to freshen the load. And the perfect happy roller is this mixed with Valor and Stress Away!
DiGize
When you eat too much. When you need to go and can’t. When you can’t stop going. When both ends are at fault. Digize to the rescue! Apply to your belly or add to a capsule with Peppermint to support all things tummy! We keep a roller all ready to go with Digize, Peppermint and Lemon at all times.
Raven
Raven is your go to when you want to breathe. This amazing oil soothes and helps respiratory comfort. Rub on chest before working out. Add several drops to a bowl of hot, steaming water. Lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head to help hold in the steam. Inhale deeply for several minutes to help relieve sinus and lung congestion. Roll along bridge of nose and sinuses to help alleviate congestion and pressure. Make a calming bath soak with 10 drops of Raven in 2 cups of Epsom salts and breathe deeply while you soak.
Stress Away
Stress stress, please go away. In the car when the kids are bickering nonstop, while you’re making dinner with a toddler hanging off your leg, when you’re stuck in your house for 10 weeks in a job as homeschool teacher you didn’t interview for… STRESS AWAY, friends. Put it in the diffuser and on your body and in your bath and on your feet and and and…
VALOR
The brave oil. The balancing oil. This rad dark blue colored blend was used by the roman soldiers before and after battle to bring them courage and strength as they walked in and for recovery and balance when they walked out. Give me some of that! Use it topically before any big events that may cause nerves, diffuse with citrus fresh to bring good vibes to your home, or wear on diffuser jewelry such as a necklace or bracelet as you’re out doing your daily routine to keep you grounded.
PEACE & CALMING
Calm the eff down!! Go the heck to sleep! Chillllll. Great in the kids room in the diffuser at bedtime, in the adults room after a stimulating day, on wrists and over heart when things are feeling out of control. Also great for a positive and calm environment just all day every day.
